The rest of the apartment is otherwise equipped with everything you need. Dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and many more machines await you.
Gemütliches möbliertes Zimmer (Lattenrost, Schreibtisch, Kleiderstange, Kommoden, Tv Tisch, Schuhregal, Stuhl, Nachttisch, sofa und vieles mehr). Gerne vermieten wir auch nur für kürzeren Zeitraum. Die restliche Wohnung ist ansonsten mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine und noch viele weitere Maschinen erwarten dich.
The location is in the hip Stuttgart West, close to many outlets such as bars or restaurants, and yet there is no traffic here, as it is a very quiet area. In the immediate vicinity you drive S-Bahn, subway and bus, so optimal for a flexible (student) life. The ÖPNV is about 5 minutes away, so it is still absolutely affordable and is located in 7 minutes in the centre or at the main railway station (even at night you always come home well). 1 minute walk away is a small sweet park and also the new Kutltreff kiosk "Laden" invites you to the "Cornern". Shops can be found for every need in the area!
Die Lage ist im hippen Stuttgart West, nahe vieler Ausgangsmöglichkeiten wie Bars oder Restaurants und trotzdem hört man hier keinen Verkehr da es eine sehr ruhige Gegend ist. In unmittelbarer Nähe fahren S-Bahn, U-Bahn und Bus fährt, also optimal für ein flexibles (Studenten-) Leben. Zu den ÖPNV läuft man in etwa 5 Minuten, also noch absolut erschwinglich und ist in 7 Minuten im Zentrum oder am Hauptbahnhof (auch nachts kommt man immer gut nach Hause). 1 Gehminute entfernt ist ein kleiner süßer Park und auch der neue Kutltreff-Kiosk "Laden" läd in unmittelbarer Nähe zum "Cornern" ein. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findet man für jedes Bedürfnis in der Umgebung!!
Your new roommates are Eva (working) and Alamea (working). Everyone has their own everyday life, but we are not a purpose-WG. From time to time we make a WG evening and cook together or just meet in the kitchen and talk.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner sind Eva (berufstätig) und Alamea (berufstätig). Jeder hat seinen eigenen Alltag, aber wir sind keine Zweck-WG. Ab und zu machen wir einen WG-Abend und kochen zusammen oder treffen uns einfach in der Küche und quatschen.
The apartment also includes a cellar room and in the backyard is enough space for bicycles.

Zu der Wohnung gehört ebenfalls ein Kellerraum und im Hinterhof ist genug Platzt für Fahrräder.
-Kehrwoche, Winterdienst etc. wird alles von einem Dienstleister übernommen und ist in den Nebenkosten mit dabei.
