Das Zimmer ist sehr gemütlich. Ich habe hier für 5 Monate jetzt gelebt und da ich nach Indien gehen, bin ich bereit, es für einen Monat untervermieten. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert, so dass Sie keine Probleme haben. Gutes Sonnenlicht am Morgen und ruhige Umgebung.
Die Miete ist inklusive Internet, Heizung und Strom.
Ich werde auch einige wesentliche Elemente im Zimmer wie Lampe, Tischlampe halten, und wir können diskutieren, wenn Sie etwas anderes wollen! Die Wohnung hat eine große Terrasse, große Küche mit Waschmaschine, gute Heizung, und gute Mitbewohner. Ich versichere Ihnen, dass es eine sehr gute Erfahrung sein wird, hier zu leben.

The room is very cozy. I have been living here for 5 months now and since I am going to India, I am willing to sublet it for a month. The room is fully furnished so you will not have any problems. Good sunlight in the morning and quiet environment.
The rent is inclusive of internet, heating and electricity.
I will also keep some essentials in the room like lamp, table lamp, and we can discuss if you want something else! The apartment has a big terrace, big kitchen with washing machine, good heating, and good roommates. I assure you that it will be a very good experience to live here.

Die Lage ist der beste Teil. Sie erreichen den Bahnhof und den Busbahnhof in 2 Minuten zu Fuß, Sie haben 3 U-Bahn-Haltestellen (U15 und U7) innerhalb von 5 Minuten. Rewe ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Nähe gibt es weitere Cafés und Geschäfte, auch Parks. Sie erreichen den Stuttgarter Hauptbahnhof in 15-20 Minuten mit der U-Bahn! Ruhige Umgebung.
The location is the best part. You can walk to the train and bus station in 2 minutes, you have 3 subway stops (U15 and U7) within 5 minutes. Rewe is within 2 minutes walking distance. There are more cafés and stores nearby, also parks. You can reach Stuttgart main station in 15-20 minutes by subway! Quiet surroundings.
Die Mitbewohner sind nett. Zwei Jungs aus Indien machen PHD in der Universität Stuttgart. Ein Mädchen, das individuell arbeitet. Alle verstehen sich sehr gut. Sie alle halten das Haus ordentlich und sind Spaß liebend.
The flatmates are nice. Two boys from India are doing their PHD at the University of Stuttgart. One girl who works individually. They all get along very well. They all keep the house tidy and are fun loving.
