Perfektes WG Zimmer WHO Nähe

Die Wohnung befindet sich unmittelbar unterhalb des WHO und Studentendorf, also ordentlich bergauf von der Stadt.
Dafür sind der Sand, die Kliniken und die Morgenstelle ohne großen Kraftakt mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar.
Ansonsten sind drei Busanbindungen fußläufig in zwei bis drei Minuten erreichbar, sodass man problemlos in die Stadt, zur Uni oder gegebenenfallls zur Arbeit kommt.

Der Schönbuch ist sehr nah, zum Spazieren oder Joggen im Wald also gut geeignet.
Wir wohnen im 9. Stock (es gibt natürlich Fahrstühle!) und die Aussicht von hier ist der Wahnsinn.
Dario hat einen Balkon an das Zimmer angelagert, der von der ganzen WG genutzt werden kann.

Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist ein kleiner Edeka, ansonsten fährt Dario wöchentlich zu Aldi, wo man natürlich mit aufspringen kann.
Sonstige Supermärkte sind am ehesten per Bus erreichbar.

The apartment is located just below the WHO and student village, so uphill from the city.
But the Sand (CompSci department), the Clinics and the Morgenstelle (Science campus) are accessible by bike without too much effort.
Otherwise, three bus connections are within walking distance in two to three minutes, so you can easily get to the city, to the University or to work.

The Schönbuch is very close, very nice for strolling or jogging in the forest.
We live on the 9th floor (of course there are elevators!) and the view from here is insane.
Dario has a balcony attached to the room, which can be used by the whole WG.

The nearest shopping is a small Edeka and Dario usually drives to Aldi once a week, so you can of course hop on that train.
Other supermarkets can best be reached by bus.

Wir sind beide gesprächige und gesellige Leute, aber wir nehmen Studium und Arbeit ernst und sind damit auch ordentlich eingespannt:

Ich: Studiere Jura. Bin ruhig aber auch für ein Kaffee oder zum reden da. Bin 1/2 Deutsche und 1/2 Amerikanerin.
Dario: studiert Bioinformatik und arbeitet in Teilzeit. Super chill und nett.

Das heißt, sowohl wenn du in deiner neuen WG eine das Leben einnehmende Kleinfamilie suchst, als auch wenn du hinter verschlossenen Türen für immer mit niemandem reden möchtest, bist du hier vielleicht nicht richtig aufgehoben.

We are both talkative and sociable people, but we take our studies and work seriously, and are thus oftentimes quite engaged:

Daylin: I study Law in my first semester. so I am going to stay in the flat for a while. Generally quiet but we can always grab a coffee when you need to talk and have a nice conversation. I’m half-american and half-german so I speak both languages well.
Dario: studies Bioinformatics and works part time. Super chill and nice.

That said, both if you're looking for a life-consuming family-style WG, or if you want to be behind closed doors forever talking to no one, you might not be in the right place.
