The apartment is located in the 2nd district in the direct neighborhood of the Augarten and near Donauinsel, Prater, .... The U2 Taborstraße underground station is about 5 minutes' walk, and the stops of tram lines 2 (Taborstraße/Heinestraße) and 5 (Am Tabor) are 1-2 minutes away. You can also get to the Praterstern S-Bahn station.

Although the entrance of the house is located on the Taborstraße, all windows go towards the side street, so it is not so loud (the windows are also very good).

Nearby there are various supermarkets (Spar, Billa, Turkish supermarket), pharmacy and what else you need ;)

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Bezirk in der direkten Nachbarschaft zum Augarten und Nähe Donauinsel, Prater, .... Zur Ubahn-Station U2 Taborstraße sind es etwa 5 Gehminuten, und die Haltestellen der Straßenbahnlinien 2 (Taborstraße/Heinestraße) und 5 (Am Tabor) sind jeweils 1-2min entfernt. Man kommt auch schnell zur S-Bahn Station Praterstern.

Obwohl der Eingang des Hauses an der Taborstraße liegt, gehen alle Fenster Richtung Nebenstraße, sodass es nicht so laut ist (die Fenster sind auch sehr gut).

In der Nähe gibt es diverse Supermärkte (Spar, Billa, türkischer Supermarkt), Apotheke und was man sonst noch so braucht ;)

In the 3er-WG are besides you Albert (25) and Dorian (27). We study landscape planning at BOKU and are relaxed and funny contemporaries (we would say). Albert likes to cook and listen to music and is interested in languages and cultures. Dorian has a beamer and likes to watch movies and shows. We are always for having to go to a bar or go away.

We often eat together, drink a beer or a coffee and are happy if the new person also wants to be part of it. We don't want a purpose WG. There is a cleaning plan with weekly and monthly tasks, to which we keep quite accurate and that is what we expect from new WG-mates;)

Apart from you, Albert (25) and Dorian (28) are so in the 3-person flat share. We're studying landscape planning at BOKU and are relaxed and funny fellows (we'd say). Albert likes to cook while listing to music and is interested in languages and cultures. Dorian has a projector and likes to watch films and series. We are always up for going to a bar or going out.

We offer eat together, have a beer or a coffee and are happy if the new person wants to be part of it. We don't want a functional flat share. We have a clean schedule with week and monthly tasks that we stick to very closed and we see the same from new flats;)

In der 3er-WG sind außer dir noch Albert (25) und Dorian (27). Wir studieren Landschaftsplanung an der BOKU und sind entspannte und witzige Zeitgenossen (würden wir mal behaupten). Albert mag es zu kochen und dabei Musik zu hören und interessiert sich für Sprachen und Kulturen. Dorian hat einen Beamer und schaut gerne Filme und Serien. Wir sind immer dafür zu haben in eine Bar oder fortzugehen.

Wir essen oft gemeinsam, trinken ein Bier oder einen Kaffee und freuen uns wenn die neue Person auch gerne Teil davon sein will. Wir wollen keine Zweck-WG. Es gibt einen Putzplan mit wöchentlichen und monatlichen Aufgaben, an den wir uns recht genau halten und das erwarten wir auch von neuen WG-Kumpanen ;)
