We can only rent the room out to students, so if you are a student and interested, i am happy if you present yourself. And let me know if you have any questions.
Rooms will be rented furnsihed. On a regular basis, the room can be cancelled after 12 months by the end of february, august and september, if you stay shorter than that, it would be your responsability finding someone to take over the room.
In total, there are 5 rooms in this shared flat.
The rooms are furnished with a 90cm wide bed, wardrobe, desk. The deposit is 2 months of rent. The kitchen is furnished and equipped.
The price per room (420,-) includes everything (rent, WIFI, electricity and heating, furniture) - based on current costs (so if prices rise or more is used then the rent might be adapted).
The apartment is close to CEU university. Supermarket and drugstores are just around the corner.
No Smoking and No pets.
