The house is located in a quiet one-way street with the Hörndwald on the opposite road, so it is super nice green, but not very central :-)
The public connection is still quite close, the bus stop 56A/B is just around the corner, so you are in 15min in Hietzing. Trams 60 and 62 are also within walking distance, a SPAR is also around the corner.
No one has a car from us if you have one in the house entrance.

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Einbahnstraße mit dem Hörndwald auf der gegenüberliegenden Straße, ist also super schön grün, allerdings nicht sehr zentral :-)
Die öffentliche Anbindung ist trotzdem recht nah, die Bushaltestelle 56A/B ist gleich um die Ecke, damit ist man in 15min in Hietzing. Straßenbahnen 60 und 62 sind auch in Gehreichweite, einen SPAR gibt's ebenfalls um die Ecke.
Von uns hat niemand ein Auto, falls du eines hast wäre in der Hauseinfahrt Platz dafür.

We, these are Nora (34), Nini (39) and Gruschi (41) and our WG cats Mio and Mori (4), are a (semi) newly founded Haus-WG. We have lived in a house with garden for the last five years and, unfortunately, after we had to get out there, found a new home in the line of peace.
It's important to us that we live with people we understand and feel comfortable with. We always like to do something together (storm fire evenings, board games, cake baking,...) or kick in the kitchen over a cup of coffee/tea, but are also more often everyone fits for themselves--like. At the moment a plan would be to create a cleaning plan and thus make a WG evening once a month, where we discuss all kinds of things together. We try to keep the common spaces clean halfway, but it happens that it gets a bit messy and stuff lying around (e.g. cat toys).
Ideal if you would like to live in a community for a long time and enjoy a garden.

What we like: Bearing fire, Board and role-playing, books, cats, puzzles, gardeners, foxes and deer in the garden
What we do not like: sexism, racism, homophobia, transphobia, anti-science

It's important to us that we live with people we get along well with and that everyone feels comfortable. We enjoy activities shared (bonfire nights, board games, ...) or chatting in the kitchen over a cup of coffee/tea, but we so often go our seperate ways—whatever feels comfortable. Our current plan is to create cleaning a schedule and hold a meeting once a month where we discuss any issues together. We try to keep the common areas reasonably clean, but sometimes chaos moves in an and things (e.g. cat toys) end up lying around for a bit.
Ideally, you'd like to live in a community long-term and enjoy having a garden.

What we like: bonfires, board and role-playing games, books, cats, puzzles, gardening, watching foxes and deer in our garden.
What we don't like: sexism, racism, homophobia, transphobia, anti-scientific worldviews

Wir, das sind Nora (34), Nini (39) und Gruschi (41) und unsere WG-Katzen Mio und Mori (4), sind eine (semi-) neugegründete Haus-WG. Wir haben die letzten fünf Jahre schon in einem Haus mit Garten gewohnt und, nachdem wir dort leider raus mussten, in der Friedenszeile ein neues Zuhause gefunden.
Uns ist es wichtig, dass wir mit Leuten zusammenwohnen mit denen wir uns gut verstehen und sich alle wohlfühlen. Wir unternehmen immer wieder gerne was gemeinsam (Lagerfeuerabende, Brettspiele, Kuchen backen,...) oder tratschen in der Küche über einer Tasse Kaffee/Tee, sind aber auch öfters jeder für sich--wie's grade passt. Momentaner Plan wäre einen Putzplan zu erstellen und so einmal im Monat einen WG-Abend zu machen, wo wir gemeinsam allfällige Sachen besprechen. Wir bemühen uns die Gemeinschaftsräume halbwegs sauber zu halten, aber es kommt schon mal vor dass es ein bisschen chaotisch wird und Sachen rumliegen (z.B. Katzenspielzeug).
Ideal wäre wenn du längerfristig gerne in einer Gemeinschaft wohnen würdest und dich über einen Garten freust.

Was wir mögen: Lagerfeuer, Brett-und Rollenspiele, Bücher, Katzen, Puzzles, Gärtnern, Füchse und Rehe im Garten beobachten
Was wir nicht mögen: Sexismus, Rassismus, Homophobie, Transphobie, Wissenschaftsfeindlichkeit

We have an oil heater from which we currently only know the approximate consumption, so the total rental could change a bit.
We have just moved in at the beginning of May and are accordingly tensed, so it can sometimes take a bit until we answer. But we must write back :-)

Wir haben eine Ölheizung, von der wir momentan nur den ungefähren Verbrauch kennen, die Gesamtmiete könnte sich also noch ein bisschen ändern.
Wir sind selbst grade erst Anfang Mai eingezogen und dementsprechend eingespannt, es kann also manchmal ein bisschen dauern bis wir antworten. Aber wir schreiben sicher zurück :-)
