The room is directed into the courtyard and is therefore particularly quiet. Of the three rooms available, this is the largest and quietest. Due to its location, the room is also brightest. This room is perfectly suited as a retreat or/and to learn and work relaxed.
The size of the apartment is 94 m^2 with a large terrace of 16 m^2.
The apartment has everything you need for living, i.e. a fully equipped kitchen, a small living area with sofa and TV, a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet, a cellar compartment, and a bicycle room.
The terrace is also comfortably furnished and is therefore really great for common brunches, barbecues or just to relax in the fresh air.

In unserer WG wird ein nettes Zimmer (19 m²) frei.
Das Zimmer ist in den Innenhof gerichtet und ist daher besonders ruhig. Von den drei vorhandenen Zimmern ist dies das größte und ruhigste. Durch seine Lage ist das Zimmer auch am hellsten. Somit ist dieses Zimmer perfekt geeignet als Rückzugsort oder/und um entspannt lernen und arbeiten zu können.
Die Größe der Wohnung beträgt 94 m^2 mit zusätzlich einer großen Terrasse von 16 m^2.
Die Wohnung verfügt über alles was man fürs Wohnen braucht, sprich eine voll ausgestattete Küche, eine kleine Wohnecke mit Sofa und Fernseher, ein Bad mit Badewanne und separatem WC, ein Kellerabteil, sowie ein Fahrradraum.
Die Terrasse ist auch gemütlich möbliert und bietet sich daher echt super an für gemeinsame Brunches, Grillabende oder einfach nur zum Entspannen in der frischen Luft.

The connections to our WG are great. The tram stop 9 and 49 is located directly around the corner. In 5 minutes you will be at the Westbahnhof, where you can either take the U3 or U6. There is also a direct connection to the airport with the Airport Bus.
Furthermore, the Urban Loritz Square can also be reached within 5 minutes, with which you have some further connections such as the trams 6 and 18.
Shops are also easily accessible, so a Lidl and Billa are just 5 minutes walk away.
There are also some sports facilities and nice cafés nearby.
It is also within 10 minutes on Mariahilfer Straße and 7th. District where you can explore some nice bars and restaurants. The Schönbrunn Palace can also be reached on foot in 20-30 min, so also perfectly suited for a jogging round.

The two roommates are Ilvi and Sophia.
Ilvana, 25, is currently studying architecture at the Master's Office at the Vienna University of Technology. In addition to her studies, she is engaged with much enthusiasm in an architectural collective and at the ÖH. In her spare time she likes to be active, whether dancing, yoga, jogging or painting. She likes to spend time with others, whether with a cozy coffee, a splash in the evening or with joint activities.
Sophia, 24, is originally from the vicinity of Dresden and is currently completing her degree in Geotechnik at TU Freiberg. In addition to studying and working, she likes to go active in her spare time and in nature. She likes hiking, skiing, doing yoga or is in the gym. She likes to spend time with others, whether with a cozy coffee or matcha, a splash in the evening, a common brunch or joint activities.
As a WG, we like to work together. From shared learning in the library to games evenings or outdoor activities such as hiking, yoga, dancing or cozy sitting together on the Danube, we are both inspiring for everything.
We wish for an open and respectful communication, in which we can discuss problems together and find a good solution for everyone.
