Sprich für Personen die 2-3 Tage in der Woche eine Unterkunft in Wien benötigen z.B. weil man für die Arbeit nach Wien pendeln muss aber den Hauptwohnsitz in einem anderen Bundesland hat.
(Wenns mal mehr Tage sind ist das auch ok)
Das Zimmer ist mit einem Schlafsofa ausgestattet, dass man ausziehen kann und einem Kasten den du auch gerne nutzen kannst.

Durch die tolle Infrastruktur ist man fast überall in ca. 20 Minuten. Vor allem im Sommer ist es super, da man sehr schnell im Grünen ist.
5 Gehminuten zur U1 Großfeldsiedlung
10 Gehminuten zur SBahn Station Leopoldau
1 Gehminute Bus 29A nach Floridsdorf

Thanks to the great infrastructure, you can get almost anywhere in about 20 minutes. It's great, especially in summer, because you're in the countryside very quickly.

Derzeit wohne nur ich im Haus. Bin allerdings gerade auf der Suche nach einem Mitbewohner/ Mitbewohnerin der dann auch hier wohnen könnte. Du kannst dich natürlich im ganzen Haus frei bewegen und auch die Küche und deren Einrichtung nutzen. Ich würde mich auch freuen, wenn wir uns ab und zu am Abend auf ein Glas Wein/ einen Tee zusammensetzen.

I am currently the only one living in the house. However, I am currently looking for a roommate who could also live here.
