Beautiful room in large old building apartment in the Rheingau district Schönes Zimmer in großer Altbauwohnung im Rheingauviertel

The apartment is located in the 1st floor of an old building, where apart from us mainly couples live. In the back house there are more WGs, couples or young families. There are bus stops nearby (each 3 and 5 minutes walk: Eltviller Straße, Dotzheimerstr./Bismarckring & Ringkirche), from which you can either get to the main station or to the city centre every few minutes. On foot you need only 10/15 min there. The main campus of the university is also only 15 minutes walk away.
Although we live very close to the city centre, we are very quiet as there are many young families in the Rheingau district. For this, however, parking is rather difficult, even with residents' parking card you have to look for a very long time before you get a parking lot.

We have a small rewe directly opposite, a baker in the neighboring house, a pharmacy at the corner and various other supermarkets and drugstore markets a maximum of 5 minutes walk away. There are also many small restaurants and bars in our neighborhood. So all the heart desires :)

Die Wohnung liegt im 1. OG eines Altbaus, in dem außer uns hauptsächlich Paare wohnen. Im Hinterhaus leben noch weitere WGs, Paare oder junge Familien. Es gibt Bushaltestellen in der Nähe (jeweils 3 und 5 min Fußweg: Eltviller Straße, Dotzheimerstr./Bismarckring & Ringkirche), von denen man alle paar Minuten entweder in 2 Stationen zum Hauptbahnhof oder in die Innenstadt kommt. Zu Fuß braucht man aber auch nur 10/15 min dorthin. Der Hauptcampus der Hochschule ist auch nur 15 min Fußweg entfernt.
Obwohl wir super nah an der Innenstadt wohnen, ist es bei uns sehr ruhig, da es im Rheingauviertel viele junge Familien gibt. Dafür sind die Parkmöglichkeiten allerdings eher schwierig, selbst mit Bewohnerparkausweis muss man sehr lange suchen, bis man einen Parkplatz bekommt.

Wir haben einen kleinen Rewe direkt gegenüber, einen Bäcker im Nachbarhaus, eine Apotheke an der Ecke und verschiedene andere Supermärkte und Drogeriemärkte maximal 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Außerdem gibt’s in unserem Viertel viele kleine Restaurants und Bars. Also alles, was das Herz begehrt :)

Your future roommates are:

Josi (30) studied law and also works in the field. She regularly goes to the gym and makes motor sports there. In addition, she cooks and bakes super likes and takes any festivity.

Karen (27) is our newest roommate and is in addition to studying and working in karaoke bars and loves Taylor Swift.

And now to you:
Chiara and I now move out and are looking for new roommates for both rooms.
We wish you had an interest in a common WG life, but you do your thing yourself. Each of us has its own rhythm in life and in the course of the day, yet we like to come together in our generous kitchen and talk a bit.

We have a fixed cleaning plan. Order and cleanliness are important to us, that should not be a problem for you.
In addition, we have a WG checkout in which we deposit a small monthly amount for everyday household items such as toilet paper, detergent, Zewa, etc., what we share

Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohnerinnen sind:

Josi (30) hat Jura studiert und arbeitet auch in dem Bereich. Sie geht regelmäßig ins Fitnessstudio und macht dort Kraftsport. Zudem kocht und backt sie super gerne und nimmt jede Festivität mit.

Karen (27) ist unsere neueste Mitbewohnerin und ist neben dem Studium und der Arbeit gerne in Karaoke-Bars und liebt Taylor Swift.

Und jetzt zu dir:
Chiara und ich ziehen beide nun aus und suchen für beide Zimmer nun neue Mitbewohnerinnen.
Wir wünschen uns von dir, dass du Interesse an einem gemeinsamen WG-Leben hast, aber auch selbstständig dein Ding machst. Jede von uns hat ihren eigenen Rhythmus im Leben und im Ablauf des Tages, trotzdem kommen wir gerne mal abends in unserer großzügigen Küche zusammen und quatschen ein bisschen.

Wir haben einen festen Putzplan. Ordnung und Sauberkeit sind uns wichtig, das sollte für dich kein Problem sein.
Zudem haben wir eine WG-Kasse, in der wir monatlich einen kleinen Betrag einzahlen für alltägliche Haushaltsgegenstände wie Toilettenpapier, Spülmittel, Zewa, etc., was wir uns teilen

Außerdem steht leider mit dem Mieterwechsel eine Mieterhöhung an; preislich habe ich das Zimmer schon an die Mieterhöhung angepasst (ingesamt sind es 150€, dass wurde natürlich nach Zimmergröße angeglichen)
