Wir vermieten unsere helle und gemütliche voll möblierte 3-Zimmer-Wohnung am Westpark im September und Oktober für maximal zwei Monat unter, sind aber flexibel in dem Zeitraum und freuen uns auch über Anfragen für einen kürzeren Zeitraum.
Die Wohnung hat ein schönes, helles Wohnzimmer (mit Schlafsofa), ein Schlafzimmer, eine Küche (mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine), ein Arbeitszimmer und natürlich Bad (mit Badewanne) und ein getrenntes WC. Sie ist gut für eine Einzelperson oder ein Paar geeignet.

We sublet our bright and cosy fully furnished 3-room flat at Westpark in September and October for maximum two months or less. We are flexible with the timeframe and welcome requests for a shorter timeframe as well.
The flat has a nice, bright living room (with sofa bed), a bedroom facing the street (quite at night), a kitchen (with a dishwasher and a washing machine), an office room and of course a bathroom (with bathtub) and a separate toilet. It is well suited for a single person or a couple.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und direkt am Westpark. Die nächste Bushaltestelle befindet sich vor der Haustür.
Das Stadtzentrum sowie der RWTH Campus sind in weniger als 10min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Bahnhof Schanz sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Alnatura und Netto liegen direkt um die Ecke.

The flat is located in the city centre and near a little park. The nearest bus stop is right at the front door.
The city centre and the RWTH campus are less than 10 minutes walking distance away. The Schanz train station and shopping facilities such as Alnatura and Netto are just around the corner.
