Schön, dass du dir meine nette Wohnung anschaust! Ich vermiete meine zentral gelegene Wohnung ab dem 01.02.2024 bis zum 30.06.2024 unter, weil ich für diese Zeit ein Auslandssemester machen werde. Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Zimmern (Küche/Esszimmer, Schlafzimmer/Arbeitsraum) plus Bad. Die Küche beinhaltet zwei Kochplatten, Küchenschränke und eine Mikrowelle.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stockwerk und es gibt einen Innenhof, in dem man sein Fahrrad abstellen kann. Es gibt einen Keller mit Abteilen sowie Anschlüssen für Waschmaschinen.
Die Möbelstücke wie Schreibtisch, Bett (140 cm x 200 cm), Schränke und Stühle sollen in der Wohnung bleiben, wobei sich hier auch über Details noch reden lässt. Zu den Nebenkosten (Strom, Wasser und Heizung) kommen pro Monat 25 € für das Internet.

Nice of you to take a look at my cozy apartment! I am subletting my centrally located apartment from 01.02.2024 until 30.06.2024 because I will be spending a semester abroad during this time. The apartment consists of two rooms (kitchen/dining room, bedroom/study) plus bathroom. The kitchen includes two hotplates, kitchen cabinets and a microwave.
The apartment is on the second floor and there is a courtyard where you can park your bike. There is a cellar with compartments and connections for washing machines.
The furniture such as desk, bed (140 cm x 200 cm), cupboards and chairs are to remain in the apartment, although details can still be discussed. In addition to the utilities (electricity, water and heating), there is a monthly charge of €25 for the internet.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Top-Lage, welche die Wohnung so besonders macht. Viele wichtige Uni-Gebäude sind 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, wie z.B. das Hauptgebäude, Kármán-Auditorium oder PPS. Die Innenstadt mit Marktplatz und Dom sowie Pontstraße lassen sich auch in 10 Minuten oder weniger zu Fuß erreichen.
Auch der Anschluss an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist super. Die Bushaltestellen Königstraße und Turmstraße sind eine Minute von der Wohnung entfernt. Auch der Westbahnhof ist zu Fuß in weniger als 10 Minuten erreicht, wodurch man schnell mit der Bahn längere Strecken zurücklegen kann.

The apartment is in a top location, which makes it so special. Many important university buildings are a 5-minute walk away, such as the main building, Kármán-Auditorium or PPS. The city center with the market square and cathedral as well as Pontstraße can also be reached on foot in 10 minutes or less.
The public transport connections are also excellent. The Königstraße and Turmstraße bus stops are one minute away from the apartment. The Westbahnhof train station is also less than 10 minutes' walk away, making it easy to cover longer distances by train.
