Ich vermiete eine schöne ruhig gelegenen 2 Zimmer Wohnung mit Küchenecke. Die Wohnung ist in einem Altbau und hat einen Vollholzdielenboden. Es ist ein ganz kleines Bad mit Fenster vorhanden, das alles beinhaltet was benötigt wird. Die Wohnung ist nicht WG tauglich! Im Keller steht eine Gemeinschaftswaschmaschine mit Münzautomat und ein Trockner, der von den Bewohnern benutzt wird, da leider keine eigene Waschmaschine möglich ist. In den sonstigen Nebenkosten sind Heizung und Warmwasser auf Gas enthalten. Um Strom muss sich jeder selber kümmern, diese Kosten kommen noch hinzu. Wahrscheinlich ab 15.11. frei, da vorher noch neue Fenster eingebaut werden.
