As me and my flatmate have to move away, we leave this really centrical furnished 2-Room appartment. It can be rented either by 2 persons (one per room) or just one person renting the whole flat. The flat is located at the first floor of the building and consists of the beforementioned 2 rooms, one bathroom, kitchen, hallway and a small terrasse. One should ask the landlord about the possibility of moving in with pets. Internet and Electricity are not included in the rent.
The appartment is located directly on the Pontstraße, so it is best suited for students, as one can reach by walking the Audimax (6 minutes), the SuperC/Sparkasse forum (4 minutes), the Aachener Dorm/city center (5 minutes) . The closest bus Stop is Driescher Gässchen, at 2 minutes walking distance. You can also reach Aachen West train station by walking around 13 minutes. For supermarkets, one has the option of the Rewe at Driescher Gässchen (2 minutes walking) or the Netto at the Marienbongard.
The WOF Gym, and the Apollo Kino/bar are also 4 minutes away walking distance
The flat will be free at the last week of November if you want to move in before December.
