Ich biete meine Wohnung zur Untermiete an am besten ab 12.04.2024. Auch Zwischenmiete bis August möglich.
Die Wohnung ist eine 2-zimmer Wohnung, mit Küche, Bad, Flur, Abstellkammer, wobei ein Zimmer vorwiegend als Abstell und Gästeraum genutzt wird.
Ich bin selbst Studentin und wohne in der Wohnung, werde aber zum größten Teil nicht anwesend sein, sodass die Wohnung alleine genutzt werden kann. (Vorraussichtlich bin ich im August da wegen Klausuren)
Sie ist eingerichtet (Bett, Schreibtisch, Regale, Küche, Waschmaschine..) und liegt sehr zentral. 3 Minuten bis zum Hauptbahnhof und allen möglichen Geschäften (Rewe, Aldi, Media Markt, Post etc). Zur Uni sind es ca. 15 Minuten Gehweg und Bushaltestelle ist auch nur 2 Minuten Gehweg entfernt.
