Wir suchen Nachmieter für unsere helle Altbauwohnung in der schönen Viktoriaallee in Aachen. Die Wohnung ist WG- geeignet und im gesamten Haus wohnen fast nur Studenten in einer angenehmen Hausgemeinschaft zusammen.
Man hat einen Kellerraum, einen gemeinschaftlichen Waschkeller und eine Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder im Innenhof.
Haustiere sind nach Absprache mit dem Vermieter erlaubt.
Das Stadtzentrum von Aachen ist 15 min zu Fuß entfernt. Die Bahnhaltestelle ist 8 min zu Fuß entfernt und die Bushaltestelle nur 2 min.
Wir suchen Nachmieter für den 1.6., also bitte nur melden, wenn das für euch passt.
