The apartment is centrally located but quietly located in a side street to Trierer Straße. It is quiet here, although you are very well connected to the road!

The ÖPNV makes this apartment accessible until late in the night. The proximity to Rothe Erde station (10 minutes walk) can be easily and in no time to Aachen HBF/ Aachen Bahnhof West, as well as to Düren, Cologne and Düsseldorf. Ideal location for students in Jülich, as the pendulum is very easy and easily possible.

Various shops (Aldi, Lidl, net, etc.) are within walking distance, as well as gas stations, fitness clubs and bakeries.

Anyone who likes it quieter is from here within a few minutes for jogging in the green, for walking in the park, riding in the forest or for a trip in the zoo.

The neighborhood is relaxed and friendly. So we would be happy to be a tenant, a renter who knows exactly this to appreciate

Die Wohnung liegt zentral, aber ruhig gelegen in einer Nebenstraße zur Trierer Straße. Es ist hier ruhig, wenngleich man sehr gut an die Straße angebunden ist!

Der ÖPNV macht diese Wohnung noch bis spät in die Nacht erreichbar. Durch die Nähe zum Bahnhof Rothe Erde (10 Minuten zu Fuß) kann von hier aus problemlos und in kürzester Zeit nach Aachen HBF/ Aachen Bahnhof West, sowie nach Düren, Köln und Düsseldorf gependelt werden. Ideale Lage auch für Studierende in Jülich, da das Pendeln hier sehr leicht und problemlos möglich ist.

Diverse Geschäfte (Aldi, Lidl, Netto, etc.) sind fußläufig erreichbar, ebenso Tankstellen, Fitnessclubs und Bäckereien.

Wer es ruhiger mag ist von hier innerhalb weniger Minuten zum Joggen im Grünen, zum Spazieren im Park, Reiten im Wald oder zum Ausflug im Zoo.

Die Nachbarschaft ist entspannt und freundlich. Gerne wäre uns also ein Mieter, eine Mieterin, die genau dies zu wertschätzen weiß. :-)

Despite the very central location, the apartment is quiet, very quiet. We added value to the equipment when the apartment is being expanded. :-)

We can talk about animal husbandry in principle. Animals that only live in the apartment, such as birds, cats or fish are allowed - big dogs are not. But talk to us!

There is no balcony at this apartment.

Important: This apartment is NOT suitable for WGs but actually primarily intended for singles

Trotz der sehr zentralen Lage, ist die Wohnung ruhig, sehr ruhig. Wir haben beim Ausbau der Wohnung Wert auf die Ausstattung gelegt. :-)

Über Tierhaltung kann prinzipiell mit uns gesprochen werden. Tiere, die nur in der Wohnung leben, wie z.B. Vögel, Katzen oder Fische sind erlaubt - große Hunde eher nicht. Aber sprecht uns an!

Es gibt bei dieser Wohnung keinen Balkon.

Wichtig: Diese Wohnung ist NICHT für WGs geeignet, sondern tatsächlich primär für Singles gedacht
