Hallo!
Ich biete hier meine liebgewonnene Wohnung an. Die Wohnung hat 69 qm und sticht durch große Küche (12 qm), Wohnzimmer (7 qm), Abstellkammer (2qm), ein großes Zimmer (21 qm ), ein kleineres Zimmer (14 qm) und einen großen Flur (8 qm) hervor. Sie ist ideal für eine WG oder Pärchenwohnung geeignet. Zentral gelegen (s. Karte) habt ihr alles in der Nähe, was es zum Studentenleben braucht.
Da ich zum 1.6. umziehen werde, wohnen meine Freundin und ich noch einen Monat in der Wohnung, danach ziehen wir aber definitiv beide aus. Ein Zimmer wäre also ab 1.5. frei, die gesamte Wohnung ab 1.6.
