The flat is semi-furnished and recently renovated. The bigger room is furnished with a very big double bed, massive wardrobe, desk and chair. The other room is unfortunately empty. The kitchen is equipped and it has washing machine also. In the living room, there is only a large table. The rooms are absolutely bright.
The apartment is in close proximity to bus routes and couple of supermarkets.
The rent includes all the costs except gas, electricity, and Internet connection charges.
