Es ist nicht die Playboy Mansion. Aber eine gut ausgestatte, helle 2-Zweizimmer-Wohnung mit großer Küche, Diele und Bad.

- es ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung (inbesondere im Schlafzimmer!), das würde ich gerne auch so beibehalten, die Küche eignet sich jedoch hervorragend für den Konsum diverser Rauschmittel.

Der gesamte innere Ring ist fußläufig innerhalb von 10-20 Minuten zu erreichen, mit dem Fahrrad entsprechend schneller. Hbf liegt ca 10 Fußminuten entfernt, Aachen-Schanz 5 Fußminuten. Die nächste Bushaltestelle liegt ca. 1 Minute entfernt.
Trotz der Nähe zum inneren Stadtring ist die Wohnung absolut ruhig, da Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer auf der Rückseite liegen. Riesenvorteil: die Fenster liegen ostseitig, man kann also getrost auf dem Sofa liegen und sich sonnen, ohne dabei seinen Serienmarathon unterbrechen zu müssen. Oder die Nähe zum Kühlschrank aufzugeben.

The whole inner city can be reached within 10-20 minutes by feet, by bike you're even faster! The main station is a 10 minute walk (Aachen-Schanz 5 mins). The next bus stop is just 200 yards down the road.
Vor Vermietung ist ein vorheriges persönliches Gespräch unumgänglich. Bei größere Distanzen auch gerne über Skype.
Deutsch- oder Englischkenntnisse sollten ebenfalls rudimentär vorhanden sein, ohne Kommunikation geht's leider nicht.
Die Wohnung ist auf jeden Fall im angegebenen Zeitraum (14.8. - 01.0915) verfügbar, ggf. kann das Ende auch noch bis Anfang Oktober strecken.

I would like to talk to you face to face before renting you my apartment. So we should either meet or talk on skype upfront. Therefore you should be able to communicate in english or german.
The apartment is available in the time of Aug 14th to Sept 1st, but we can talk about extending the stay up until the end of October as well.
