Man betritt die Wohnung über eine kleine Diele, von der das Schlafzimmer und die Küche abgehen. Beide Räume sind etwa gleich groß und hell. Das Badezimmer wurde vor zwei Jahren erneuert und hat ein Fenster.
Zur Wohnung gehört ein Kellerabteil, in dem reichlich Platz für ein Fahrrad ist. Im Keller gibt es außerdem die Möglichkeit eine Waschmaschine aufzustellen.
Es steht ein großer Gemeinschaftsgarten zur Verfügung.
Die Lage ist optimal für Studenten der RWTH. Das Hauptgebäude ist zu Fuß in weniger als 10 Minuten erreichbar. Die Busanbindung ist ebenfalls sehr gut: Linie 13, 12 und 22 fahren quasi direkt vor der Tür ab, sodass man schnell zum Hauptbahnhof, in die Innenstadt und zur Uniklinik/ Campus Melaten gelangt.
Besichtigungstermine sind nach vorheriger Absprache am 1. Oktober möglich.
