Die Wohnung hat ein Schlafzimmer, eine kleine Pantryküche (Durchgangsbereich zum Wohnraum) mit einem großen Einbauschrank und einen großen Wohnraum. An das Schlafzimmer angebunden ist ein Balkon mit Blick in einen schönen großen Hinterhof. Die Waschmaschine (4 Jahre alt) und einen weißen dreitürigen Kleiderschrank würde ich gerne gegen einen Abstand da lassen.
Der Hauptbahnhof ist zu Fuß in 7 Minuten erreicht. Busanbidnung in 2 Gehminuten. Die FH liegt ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt.
