I am a student in RWTH and I will get a student dormitory in April. So I am searching a tenant to take over a flat in Franzstraße 52. It will be available from 01.04.2018. The flat has a independent bedroom and a living room and a large bathroom. It's suitable for one or two persons. The flat has all furnitures and electric device. We could negotiate a good prices for the furnitures.

Location is in the center of the town. The building has a big yard. So it's quite inside. The Address is Franzstraße 52. It takes 2 minutes to walk to the main train station. And easy to access to theater, supermarkets, cinemas, GYMS. The flat has large balcony and place for car parking( needs extra 25 euros per month).
