Hey da draußen,
ihr habt die Chance Nachmieter(in) zu werden. Die frei werdende Wohnung erstreckt sich über 48 m2 und bietet zwei Zimmer, Küche, Bad mit Wanne, einen Abstellraum und - das beste kommt zum Schluss - einen Balkon. Außerdem verfügt ihr über ein Kellerabteil.
Meine Küche möchte ich gern in der Wohnung lassen. Als Abschlagszahlung würde ich 750€ VB ansetzen.
Ich habe die Wohnung zum 1.7. inseriert. Nach Absprache aber auch zum 15.06. abzugeben.
Nachtrag: Nach Rücksprache mit meinem Vermieter sind Tiere leider nicht erlaubt.
Von Burtscheid aus ist man fußläufig gut angeschlossen. Bahnhof: 0,7 km, Innenstadt: 1,4 km, FH: 1,0 km, RWTH: 1,9 km. Wer lieber auf Busse zurück greift - eine Bushaltestelle ist 200 m entfernt.
