ENGLISH:
The two-room apartment consists of a bathroom, living/kitchen and bedroom. All the rooms are connected by a small floor. In addition there is a small room for storing stuff (like for example suitcases, vaccum cleaner, cleaning equipment). The living rooms contains a small kitchen which has an oven with induction hot plates and multiple cupboards.
The bedroom is bigger than the living room. All the furniture and the electronic equipments need to be taken over for a reasonable price.
In addiiton, there is a small area in the basement where old furniture/other stuff can be stored.
DEUTSCH:
Wie man in den Bildern sehen kann, gelangt man erst in einen kleinen Flur, von dem aus man zum Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer/Küche sowie zum Bad gelangen kann. Das Wohnzimmer hat eine kleine Einbauküche was aus ein Herd mit Backofen und mehrere Schränke besteht.
Das Schlafzimmer ist etwas größer als das Wohnzimmer/Küche. Fast alle Möbel sowie die elektronischen Geräte in der Küche sollen zu einem Abschlag übernommen werden.
Zusätzlich zur Wohnung gibt es noch ein eigenes Kellerabteil, in dem man mehrere Sachen abstellen kann.

The apartment is located very close to the Jupp-Müller-Straße bus stop. The bust stop is located right below the building. The buss connectivity hence is really good. All places in Aachen can be reached easily with the public transport.
DEUTSCH:
Die Wohnung befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der Bushaltestelle Jupp-Müller-Straße. Die Büste befindet sich direkt unter dem Gebäude. Die Busanbindung ist daher sehr gut. Alle Orte in Aachen sind mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar.
ENGLISH:
I will be moving out of Aachen and hence I would like to take the least amount of stuff with me. Hence, I am looking for someone who can take the furniture from me (bough from th previous owner). I am looking to sell everything for 1000 Euros. You can have a look at all the furniture during the appointment for visiting the apartment.

Ich werde aus Aachen umziehen und deswegen würde ich die wenigsten Möbel mitnehmen. Du musst also die Wohnung mitsamt der Möbel übernehmen. für alle Möbel würde ich €1000 haben. Du kannst dir die Möbel dann einfach bei der Besichtigung anschauen.
