Ich suche eine/n Nachmieter/in für meine aktuelle Wohnung. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Küche, einem Schlafzimmer, einem kleinen Flur und einem Bad, das vor Einzug noch komplett erneuert wird. Durch die drei großen Fenster und die hohen Decken wirkt besonders das Wohnzimmer hell und freundlich. Im Keller gehört noch ein kleiner Abstellraum und ein Platz für eine Waschmaschine zur Wohnung dazu. Die Wohnung ist für eine Person, aber auch für 2 Personen mit gemeinsamem Schlafzimmer geeignet. Die Lage der Wohnung ist durch die Nähe zum Bahnhof Schanz, zum Westpark, zur Uni, aber auch zur Innenstadt, super. Bei Fragen könnt ihr mir gerne ein Nachricht schreiben.
