Die gut geschnittene Wohnung verfügt über zwei Zimmer, Wohnzimmer (Durchgangszimmer), Küche, Diele, Bad und Balkon. Sie ist also auch für eine 2er WG geeignet. Zusätzlich bietet die Wohnung ein verschließbares Kelerabteil sowie einen Wäschekeller mit Waschmaschinenanschluss und Wäscheleinen.
Das Haus verfügt über einen Innenhof für Fahrräder.
Derzeit betragen unsere Strom- und Heizkosten 120€ mit Öko-Strom und Windgas.
The well cut apartment has two rooms, living room (passage room), kitchen, hallway, bath and balcony. It is therefore also suitable as a shared flat for two persons. Additionally there is a lockable cellar compartment as well as a laundry cellar with washing machine connection and laundry lines.
At the moment we pay 120€ per month for green electricity and gas.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Innnenstadt Aachens. Der Fußweg zum Marktplatz, Dom und Elisenbrunnen beträgt nur 5 Minuten. Der Bushof ist sogar in 2 Minuten zu erreichen, wo Busse in alle Richtungen abfahren. Restaurants und Cafes sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung.
Verschiedenste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermärkte, Shoppingzentrum Aquis Plaza, Fußgängerzone mit Geschäften) befinden sich ebenfalls fußläufig.
Die Hausgemeinschaft besteht aus Studenten und jungen Mietern. Die Atmosphäre ist daher sehr angenehm und unkompliziert.
Für Studenten liegt die Wohnung ideal. Carl, SuperC und Audimax lassen sich sowohl zu Fuß (15 min) oder mit dem Fahrrad (5 min) sehr schnell erreichen. Mit dem Bushof hat man auch eine gute Anbindung zum Campus Melaten.
