Hallo zusammen,

ich bin auf der Suche nach einem Zwischenmieter für meine Wohnung (für 12 Monate, es geht auch für weniger Zeit). Im Mietpreis sind Internet, Strom und sämtliche Nebenkosten bereits inbegriffen (bei Anmeldung muss den Rundfunkbeitrag jedoch selbstständig bezahlt werden). Die Wohnung eignet sich sowohl für eine einzelne Person als auch für ein Paar.

Die Wohnung ist teilmöbliert; zur Ausstattung gehören Küche, Esstisch, Stühle, Couch sowie Schreibtisch und Stuhl. Die Abstellkammer habe ich als Kleiderschrank genutzt.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in zentraler Lage, in unmittelbarer Nähe des Busbahnhofs und nur 10-15 Gehminuten vom RWTH Campus entfernt. Auch der Hauptbahnhof und das Stadtzentrum mit seinen zahlreichen Cafés, Restaurants und weiteren Annehmlichkeiten sind schnell und bequem erreichbar.

Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großzügigen Wohn-/Schlafzimmer, einer Küche, einem Badezimmer sowie einem Flur und einer Diele. Sie wird, wie oben erwähnt, teilmöbliert vermietet.

Hello everyone,

I am looking for a subtenant for my apartment (for 12 months, it's also possible for a shorter period). The rent includes internet, electricity, and all utilities (but the broadcasting fee must be paid independently upon registration). The apartment is suitable for both a single person and a couple.

The apartment is partially furnished; it comes with a kitchen, dining table, chairs, couch, as well as a desk and chair. I have used the storage room as a wardrobe.

The apartment is located in a central area, very close to the bus station and only a 10-15 minute walk from the RWTH Campus. The main train station and the city center with its numerous cafes, restaurants, and other amenities are easily and conveniently accessible.

The apartment consists of a spacious living/bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom, as well as a hallway and an entrance area. As mentioned above, it is partially furnished.
