Sehr schöne große 2-Zimmer Wohnung, da Sanierter Altbau hohe decken, welche die Zimmer noch größer erscheinen lassen. Die Küche ist in der Wohnung enthalten, es ist auch genug Platz für Esstisch und eine Kücheninsel/Arbeitsplatte.
Mein Persöhnliches Highlight der Wohnung ist der Dielenboden.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Hohenzollernplatz und trotz dessen ist es sehr leise.
Busverbindungen hat man massig, nicht weit von der Haustüre hat man unter anderem die Linien 16,47 und 23 womit man innerhalb von wenigen Minuten im Zentrum ist oder auch an der Uni.
Auch ist das Hirsch-Center und ein Lidl Füßläufig erreichbar, also hat man genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der nähe.
Wir haben uns hier immer sehr wohl gefühlt, die Wohnung ist je nach Wetter auch schön Licht durchflutet.
