Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Zimmern, Küche mit Einbauküche, Hauptbadezimmer mit Badewanne, Balkon, so dass die Wohnung lichtdurchflutet ist. Das Zentrum der Wohnung ist das große Wohnzimmer, das auch als offenes Esszimmer genutzt wird. Alles ist wie neu, es gibt keine Probleme mit den Nachbarn. Internet Wi-Fi, Parkettböden, Waschmaschine. Die Geschäfte sind zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in ruhiger Lage, sehr gut mit allen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln verbunden, das Geschäft ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt.
Wir sind kein Hotel. Wir bitten unsere Mieter/Mieterinnen, ihre eigene Wäsche wie Handtücher, Kissen, Zudecken, Bettwäsche , Geschirrtücher und Putzmittel selbst mitzubringen.
Rauchen und Haustiere sind in der Wohnung erlaubt. Bei dem mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichteten Objekt zu Hause fühlen Sie sich wohl und mobil, was mit Respekt und Sorgfalt gepflegt werden muss.
