Wir suchen Nachmieter für unsere schöne große Wohnung, die wir schweren Herzens aufgeben müssen.
Die Wohnung hat 2 Zimmer und eine große Küche. Das Wohnzimmer ist auch recht groß mit 34 qm. Das Bad ist ausgestattet mit einer Badewanne. Außer dem Bad ist die ganze Wohnung mit Laminat belegt.

The apartment has 2 rooms and a big kitchen. The living room is quite big (34 qm). The bathroom has a bathtub. All rooms except for the bathroom have laminate flooring.
Die Wohnung liegt am Rande des Frankenberger Viertels, in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße zwischen Oppenhoffallee und Adalbertsteinweg. Die Gegend ist sehr vielfältig und die TH erreicht man in 10 Minuten mit dem Bus.
Innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß mehrere Nettos, Penny, Hilal-Markt und einen Bioladen. Auch am Aquis-Plaza mit Rewe, DM, etc. ist man in 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
Die Wohnung ist verkehrsmäßig super gut angebunden. Die Bushaltestelle Josefskirche (Busse verkehren alle 3-5 Minuten) ist direkt um die Ecke und auch zur Haltestelle Viktoriaallee ist es nicht weit. Der Bahnhof Rothe Erde ist zu Fuß auch nur knapp 8 Minuten entfernt, zum Hauptbahnhof braucht man etwa 25 Minuten.

The apartment is positioned in Frankenberger Viertel, in a quiet side-street between Oppenhoffallee and Adalbertsteinweg. The neighbourhood is diverse and it only takes around 10 minutes to get to the university (RWTH) by bus.
It takes 5 minutes to reach two Nettos, a Penny, Hilal-Markt and an organic food store. It takes 10 Minutes to Aquis-Plaza where there’s a Rewe, DM, etc. all by foot.
The apartment is connected very well. The bus stop Josefskirche (buses frequent every 3-5 minutes) is just down the street and the bus stop Viktoriaallee is also quite close. That way you can reach just about every bus line in Aachen.
Getting to the train stop Rothe Erde takes around 8 Minutes by foot and getting to the main station takes about 25 minutes.
Wir würden sehr gerne die Möbel aus Küche, Bad und einige aus dem Wohnzimmer (derzeit als Schlafzimmer einer der Mitbewohnerinnen benutzt) hinterlassen. Insgesamt wird für alles eine Ablöse von 1375 Euro fällig. Das ist natürlich auf Verhandlungsbasis und wie viel wir genau für welche Möbel hätten könnte bei einer Besichtigung besprochen werden.
Nebenkosten beinhalten nicht Strom- und Gas.
Ein Parkplatz im Innenhof kann angemietet werden.

We would like to leave some furniture from the kitchen, bathroom and living room (currently used as a bedroom by one of the tenants) behind. In total we would like to sell everything for 1375 Euros. The price is negotiable and how much each piece of furniture costs can be discussed in detail in person.
The monthly utility fee does not include electricity and gas fees.
You can also rent a parking space in the inner courtyard for an additional fee.
