The apartment was renovated when I moved in. It has 2 rooms with a separate kitchen. In addition it has a very small balcony, but two people can sit. The flat is in the 4th floor of the apartment, there is no elevator. The living room gets the sunlight during the day but not directly, which makes it warm and calm both in Summer and Winter.
I would like to sell my kitchen furniture that you see in the pictures including fridge with freezer, stove and oven as well as washing machine. The price is 1800 Euro.
I will also sell my other furnitures like the ones listed below. If there would be any interest, the next tenant can buy those as well, just in case they will be still available in the time of the agreement.
