Ich verlasse Aachen und suche daher zum 01.06. einen Nachmieter für meine ruhige, gemütliche Wohnung in der Nähe des Frankenberger Viertels.
Da ich die Küche zu meinem Einzug neu in die Wohnung eingebaut habe, wäre mir besondern wichtig, dass diese von meinem Nachmieter übernommen wird. Auch ein paar andere gepflegte Möbelstücke möchte ich an den Nachmieter weitergeben.
Schreib mir bitte direkt über WG-gesucht ein bisschen was zu deiner Person und ob du bereit bist, die Küche und die aufgelistetetn Möbelstücke für den Ablösebetrag zu übernehmen.
Die Küche und folgende Möbelstücke sollten für einen Abschlag von 2.500 € übernommen werden:

I am leaving Aachen and therefore, I am looking for a new tenant for 01.06. for my quiet and cosy flat near Frankenberger Viertel.
Since I bought the kitchen new for the flat when I moved in, it is very important for me that the new tenant will take over the kitchen. I also want to pass on a couple of other pieces of furniture to the new tenant.
Please contact me directly via WG-gesucht and write a bit about yourself as a person and whether you are willing to take over the kitchen and the listed pieces of furniture for the amount :)
Therefore, the kitchen an following pieces of furniture should be taken over for 2.500 € by the new tenant:
- Kitchen incl. electic devices (washing machine, fridge incl. freezer, stove, oven, smoke extraction hood)
- Solid wood table
- Sleeping sofa Lobau
- PAX wardrobe
- MALM sideboard
- MICKE desk
- IVAR shelving unit and curtain in the corridor

Die Wohnung liegt am Adalbertsteinweg, in den ruhigen Innenhof hin gelegen.
Die nächsten Bus-/Zug-Haltestellen sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen (Elsassstraße (3 min), Josefskirche (4 min), Bahnhof Rothe Erde (7 min)) und bieten durch die Vielzahl an Buslinien eine sehr gute Verbindung in alle Richtungen Aachens.
Auch Lebensmittelläden (Netto (3 min), Rewe/dm (7 min), Edeka/Aldi/Müller (10 min per Bus)), eine Menge an Restaurants und Cafés und der Frankenberger Park (11 min) sind sehr schnell zu Fuß erreichbar.

The next bus-/train-stations (Elsassstraße (3 min), Josefskirche (4 min), Bahnhof Rothe Erde (7 min)) can be reached easily in just a couple of walking minutes and give good connections in every direction of Aachen.
Food shops (Netto (3 min), Rewe/dm (7 min), Edeka/Aldi/Müller (10 min by bus)), a lot of diners and the Frankenberger Park (11 min) are in walking distance.
