Since I am leaving Aachen after finishing my Master's, my apartment will be free from the 1st of November. The apartment is on the first floor and it is in the middle of PontStraße.
The apartment is fully furnished, it consists of a big bedroom/living room, kitchen, bathroom, storage room, and a big balcony.
The available furniture is the following; 140 cm bed with mattress, sofa bed, closet, desk & chair, Roller blinds, curtains, mirrors, washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kitchen furniture & cabinets, dining table with 4 chairs, vacuum cleaner, fan, and carpets. It is basically all the furniture shown in the pictures.
Most of the furniture is required to be taken over, which are the items that are hard to move such as the bed, sofa & closet. The price for all the furniture is 2,200 Eur, the price is negotiable depending on whether you will take all the furniture or specific items. All furniture is in perfect condition
The apartment is very central, Ponttor & Drescher Gasschen bus stops are within 1-minute walking, and Aachen West train station is 10 minutes walking. Everything is around the apartment such as supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, gym.

The extra costs include everything except electricity & internet, currently, both of them cost 120 EUR and it is recommended to take on both contracts.
