Hallo, ich suche einen Nachmieter für eine geräumigen 3 Zimmer Wohnung mit 2 Balkonen in gepflegtem, ruhigem Haus mit 6 Mietparteien. Die Wohnung liegt in Alsdorf in der Cäcilienstrasse, es befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle vor dem Haus, mit dem man in ca. 30 Min. in der Innenstadt ist, von wo aus man alles erreichen kann. Die Busse fahren ca. alle 10 Min. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich auch in der Nähe, 2 Min zu Fuß.
Da größtenteils ältere Leute im Haus wohnen, suche ich eine/n ruhige/n Nachmieter/in.
