Eschweiler liegt 15 Km von Aachen entfernt. Eine Bushaltestelle ist ca 100 m und eine Haltestelle der Euregiobahn ca 2 Km entfernt. Ein Supermarkt ist 50 m weit. In 1 Km ist Aldi,Lidl,Netto,Penny,Hit,Obi. Die City ist in ca 15 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreochen. Das Haus liegt in einer Einbahnstrasse (30 km/h) die nur Anwohner benutzen.
Die Wohnung einschließlich der Badezimmer wurden im Nov. 2011 renoviert. Das restliche Haus wurde 2009 gedämmt und mit einer Brennwertkesselzentralheizung ausgestattet. Übergangsweise steht eine kleinere möbilierte Wohnung mit 2 Zweibettzimmern, einer Küche und ein Badezimmer zur Verfügung.
