Here we offer 1 of 28 apartments for couples and families. The apartments have an average size of 47 square meters including 2 rooms. A kitchenette is installed throughout all apartments and. In the basement are washing machines, a dryer and drying rooms available.
The additional costs include already Internet and TV, but Electricity and Rundfunkgebühr are not included.
Situated in the city center just within the student district, our dormitory Neupforte is located between the main building of RWTH Aachen University and city hall. The Neupforte is a small, traffic-calmed street.
The next bus stops are Minoritenstarße, Driescher Gässchen or Karman Auditorium (3 minutes walk) and Supermarket, apothecaries, cafes and restaurants are also just some minutes away.
In the inner courtyard several playing facilities for children are available including a large sandbox. There is also a vegetable patch, which is planted by the residents commonly every year.
