Beide Zimmer sind ca. 22qm groß. In beiden Zimmern steht ein Bett, ein Schreibtisch, ein Schrank sowie ein Regal und ein Spiegel. Die Zimmer ist durch die 2 großen Fenster sehr hell. Die Fenster sind vor 6 Monaten erneuert worden und nun Doppelverglast. Von dort aus hast du übrigens einen netten Blick auf das Ponttor.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt gegenüber vom Ponttor. Supermärkte, Restaurants, Imbiss, die Universität sowie ÖPNV sind fußläufig direkt erreichbar.
Das Audimax und die Unimensa sind Fußläufig innerhalb von 2min erreicht. Auch das Sportzentrum der RWTH ist zufuß nur ca. 8min entfernt.
Den Marktplatz erreicht man von der Wohnung aus innerhalb von 10min.
Vor kurzem wurden neue, doppelverglaste Fenster und eine neue neue Badewanne eingesetzt. Also wird die Wohnung schön wärme isoliert sein und ein neue Badewanne haben :)
Außerdem dürfen wir nun auch eine Dachterasse, die ca. 30qm groß ist mitbenutzen.
