Die Wohnung hat 2 Zimmer, ein kleineres mit 11 qm und ein grösseres mit 17 qm. Die Ausrichtung beider Zimmer ist nach Süden, also schön sonnig. Die Küche hat 11 qm und ist nicht möbliert. Das Bad mit Wanne, Waschbecken und WC hat 5 qm und ein Fenster zum Hof. Der Flur ist 11 qm gross und bietet Platz für Schränke.
Es gibt eine Dachterrasse, die vom ganzen Haus genutzt wird. (noch 3 Parteien).
Im Keller ist es möglich, eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner aufzustellen. Für jede Wohnung steht ein Kellerraum zur Verfügung.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in zentraler Lage in Aachen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es zahlreiche. Die nächste Möglichkeit bietet z.B. das Aquis Plaza, das fussläufig in 1 Minute zu erreichen ist.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut. Zu den zentralen Bushaltestellen wie Elisenbrunnen oder Bushof kann man in wenigen Minuten gelangen.
Zu Fuss oder mit dem Fahrrad sind Uni oder FH einfach zu erreichen.
