Ich suche für Januar 2011 (bei Bedarf auch früher) einen Nachmieter für eine schöne Altstadtwohnung in zentraler Lage. Nahe an der Limmat und nur 5min zu Fuß vom Bahnhof und Einkaufmöglichkeiten entfernt. Die Wohnung ist sehr pflegeleicht und besitzt eine Küche mit Gasherd. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind vorhanden und können jederzeit genutzt werden. Die Nachbarn sind super drauf und es gibt hinterm Haus eine Terasse mit Grillmöglichkeit. Die Wohnung kostet im Monat 1190 CHF plus Gas/ und Strom alle 3 Monate (ca. 100 CHF/ 3 Monate). Sollte die Wohnung auch schon früher benötigt werden, lässt sich hier sicher etwas regeln. Wenn du Lust hast, schau doch einfach mal vorbei. Ich würde mcih freuen...
