Die wohnung ist frisch renoviert und in einem Hochhaus mit Portier. Es gibt zwei Aufzuege und einen Aufzug fuer Abfall. Im gleichen Hochhaus ist auch das Ministerium fuer Umwelt. Es ist also ganz sicher. In der Wohnung ist ein Herd und ein Eisschrank und Air-conditioning. Es sind zwei Zimmer Kueche Bad. Gerauemige Schraenke fuer beide Zimmer. Alles andere kann man besprechen. Die Wohnung hat auch eine Sicherheitstuer und natuerlich Sprechanlage und Haustueroeffner. Mein Neffe wohnt auf dem gleichen Stockwerk und kann in Notsituationen helfen. Die Hausgaenge und Eingang werden regelmaesig geputzt und sind sehr sauber.
Die Lage ist besonders gut, sehr zentral und ganz nah an der Metrostation(Ampelokipi) es ist ruhig und gediegen. Grosse und kleine Supermaerkte sind leicht zu Fuss erreichbar. Ein Wochenmarkt auch. Es gibt in der Naehe Kinos, kleine Restaurants, Banken Baekerei auch eine Kirche. Also eigentlich alles.
Man kann mich ueber meine E-Mail erreichen () oder auf mein Handy----/-------. Ich kann bei vielem was mit Griechenland zutun hat behilflich sein, denn ich lebe schon seit 30 Jahren hier. Ich wuensche mir natuerlich einen zuverlaessigen Mieter.
