Ich biete meine Wohnung im Studentenwohnheim zur Untermiete bis März an. Die Wohnung verfügt ein eigenes Bad, einen Balkon und eine kleine Küchenniesche. Die Wohnung selber ist möbliert mit einem Bett, Regal, Schrank sowie einem Schreibtisch mit Stuhl. Außerdem kann man sowohl die Gemeinschafträume, die Bierstube und die Dachterrasse mit atemberaubender Aussicht nutzen. Eine Tiefgarage und eine Garage für Fahrräder sind auch vorhanden. Die Wohngemeinschaft ist besonders familiär im Wohnheim, man trifft fast immer jemanden mit dem man abends ein paar Bier trinken kann. Im Keller gibt es zusätzlich einen Waschraum zum Wäsche waschen und trocknen.
Die Bushaltestelle ist 3-4min zu Fuß entfernt. Es gibt zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Aldi, Kaufland, Edeka (3min zu Fuß), Rewe, Dm, ein Dönerladen usw. direkt in der Nähe. Mit Bus und Tram ist man in 30min im Zentrum.
