Eine kleine Wohnung im Innenhof gleich neben dem Elias Holl Platz.
Sehr Ruhig, da im Innenhof keine Geräusche von außen eindringen.
Ich habe zwei Jahre hier gelebt und ziehe zum 1.02.2023 nach Hannover.
Küche mit Kühlschrank würde drin bleiben. Keine Waschmaschine im Haus vorhanden.
In der Miete (330€), ist Wasser sowie Hausmeister mit inbegriffen, es gibt einen geschützten Platz für dein Fahrrad.
Zusätzlich fallen noch individuelle Nebenkosten für Gas und Strom an ca. 100€. Den Anbieter für Gas und Strom darfst du dir selber aussuchen.
