Die Wohnung hat eine neuwertige kleine Küche, die ich gerne abgelöst bekommen möchte. Es gibt ein sonniges Wohnzimmer ca 20m², ein Schlafzimmer 14m², Flur Gardarobe u. Küche mit integrietem Bad. Achtung! nicht wg-tauglich, da es ein Durchgangszimmer gibt (das Schlafzimmer).

Die Wohnung liegt im zentrumsnahen Bismarckviertel mit Flaire und doch sehr ruhig. Kneipen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten alles direkt vorm Haus; 7min zu Fuß zum Königsplatz, 10min in die Altstadt!
