Wir geben unserer wunderschöne Altstadtwohnung auf. Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer (1 großes helles Wohnzimmer, 1 Schlafzimmer und ein kleines Zimmer, das wir gerade als Arbeitszimmer nutzen). Im Bad gibt es ein Fenster.
Eine maßgeschneiderte Einbauküche mit neuen, sehr energiesparenden Geräten ist vorhanden. Für diese Küche und evlt. andere Kleinigkeiten (Vorhangstangen, Badezimmerspiegelschrank) möchten wir eine Ablöse von 800 Euro.
Die Nachbarn sind nett und unkompliziert (Eisdiele im Haus ;)) Trotz super zentraler Lage ist die Wohnung ruhig. Die nächste Tramhaltestelle ist am Moritzplatz (2min).
