Ich suche ab 01.05.2015 einen Nachmieter für meine 34m² in der Bäckergasse.

-Wohnküche mit EBK (Laminat)
-Bad mit Dusche und WM-Anschluss (Fliesen)
-Flur (PVC)
-Kellerabteil (groß)
-Balkon zum Hinterhof mit Bach
Heizung: Gastherme, Warmwasser: Elektrodurchlauferhitzer (braucht weniger als man denkt ;) )
Für Strom und Gas habe ich monatlich ca. 55€ gebraucht, Kabel ist in den NK enthalten.
Sehr zentral, einfache Ausstattung, Abstellplätze für Fahrräder vorhanden
Haustiere: prinzipiell möglich, sollte aber abgesprochen werden
Parken: öffentlich tageszeitabhängig schwierig, aber möglich (auch Anwohnerparken)
City Galerie: 2min
Maxstraße: 1min, Rathausplatz: 5min
Bus: 2min, Straßenbahn: 3min
Hochschule: 10-15min zu Fuß, 5min Fahrrad
