Zum 1. Mai wird meine schöne Altbauwohnung frei. Die Wohnung ist im 3. Stock und nach Süd-Westen hin ausgerichtet, weshalb sie sehr hell ist. In der ganzen Wohnung ist Fischgrät Boden verlegt, in der Küche Dielenboden. Eine Einbauküche ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung wurde erst vor ein paar Jahren neu saniert und ist in einem top Zustand. Die Nachbarn sind alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Herzstück der Wohnung ist das riesige Wohnzimmer mit fast 30 qm.
Lage ist super zentral. Die Innenstadt ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und der Königsplatz ist auch direkt ums Eck. Auch der Bahnhof lässt sich in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen.
Die Wohnung ist nicht WG geeignet und die Vermieterin wünscht am liebsten eine alleinstehende Person. Geregeltes Einkommen wird vorausgesetzt.
