Wir suchen Nachmieter für unsere schöne 2.5 Zimmer Wohnung in der Innenstadt, da wir in eine größere Wohnung umziehen.
Die Wohnung hat ca. 55 qm und 2.5 zimmer. 2 zimmer in etwa gleicher Größe von 13 qm die durch das Bad (mit Fenster :) ) den Flur mit Abstell niesche und den Küchen-, Ess-, Wohnbereich getrennt sind.
Sie verfügt übet eine Einbauküche, neue Waschmaschine und einen großen Kleiderschrank sowie ein Kellerabteil.
Hinter dem Haus gibt es eine abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder aber man könnte sie auch im Keller abstellen.
Direkt in der Innenstadt gelegen hat man 2 min in die Maximilianstraße und zur City galerie.
10 min zu Fuß zum Königsplatz und max. 15 min zum Bahnhof.
Mit dem Fahrrad isr alles super schnell zu erreichen.
Bevorzugt werden wg's , da der Schnitt der Wohnung sich dafür wirklich super anbietet.
Falls nocj fragen sind einfach melden oder auch gerne vorbeikommen :-)
Optional kann ein Tiefgaragen Stellplatz für 70 € in 2 min Entfernung angemietet werden
