Ab sofort sehr günstige 3-Zimmer Wohnung in Bahnhofsnähe (Frölichstrasse) abzugeben. 71qm, 530,- Kaltmiete. (Wurde erst vor einem halben Jahr von 450,- kalt erhöht). Komplett möbliert, inklusive: 2 große Fernseher, Couch, 2 Betten, Schränke, Kühlschrank, Spühlmaschine, Waschmaschine, etc.
Es ist für mich Bedingung das alles abzunehmen ca.1500,- (habe ich vor 1/2 Jahr auch gemacht). Ich habe die komplette Wohnung gestrichen (5 Tage Arbeit)- das fällt also auch weg.
Die Wohnung ist zu zweit perfekt. Wurde aber auch als 3er WG genutzt, dann ist sie unschlagbar günstig.
7min zu Fuß zum Bahnhof, keine 10 min zum Rathausplatz zu Fuß.
