Die Wohnung hat eine tolle, ziemlich neue Einbauküche. Das Wohnzimmer grenzt mit großen Fenstern an einen großen Balkon an, auf dem man gemütlich auch mit mehreren Leuten sitzen kann. Zumal der Balkon zum Innengarten des Häuserkomplexes geht und es daher sowohl in der Wohnung als auch auf dem Balkon sehr still ist.
Das zweite Zimmer bietet sich hervorragend als Schlafzimmer an, die Wohnung wurde aber auch schon als zweier WG genutzt.
Die Wohnung liegt im Univiertel und ist deshalb optimal für Studenten. Zum Campus sind es mit dem Fahrrad ca. 5 Minuten und zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle Richtung Innenstadt sind es zu Fuß auch ca. 5 Minuten. Außerdem ist man sofort im Siebentischwald, der mit seinen Grillwiesen, Waldgebieten und dem Kuhsee super ist zum entspannen und Energie tanken. Falls man ein Auto hat ist man in kürzester Zeit auf der B17 und kann raus aus der Stadt gen Süden.
Für den Tiefgaragenstellplatz fallen Kosten von 35€ an.
