Wir vermieten unsere Wohnung für drei Woche (vom 24. Februar bis 15. März), während wir auf Reisen sind. Die Wohnung ist 3 Zimmer und im 4. Stock. Der Ort ist möbliert und hat alles, was Sie brauchen.
8 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt eine Haltestelle für die Straßenbahn M4. Auch in der Nähe ist eine Haltestelle für die M13 und 12 Straßenbahnen. Greifswalderstraße Station auf der Ringbahn ist 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Wohnung ist hell und hat Fenster auf beiden Seiten des Gebäudes, so dass Sie immer frische Luft haben. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Bitte schreiben Sie "Math ist cool" an den Anfang Ihrer Nachricht, damit wir wissen, dass Sie kein Roboter sind.
Die Miete beträgt 630 mit einer Kaution von 200. Im Idealfall werden wir uns treffen, um Ihnen den Ort zu zeigen, lassen Sie unsere Wahl innerhalb von ein paar Tagen wissen. We are renting out our place for 3 weeks (from Feb 24 until Mar 15) while we are away traveling. The apartment is 3 rooms and on the 4th floor. The place is furnished and has everything you will need.
8 minute walk away a stop for the M4 tram. Also close by is a stop for the M13 and 12 trams. Greifswalderstraße station on the Ring Bahn is a 15 minute walk away. The place is bright and has windows on both sides of the building so you can always have fresh air. All the shops needed (Aldi, Rewe, dm, Bio) are close by as usual. Antonplatz is a 10 minute walk away. Please write "Math is cool" at the beginning of your message, so we know you are not a robot.
Rent is 630 with a 200 deposit. Ideally we will meet to show you the place, let you know our choice within a few days. Then meet the same week to sign the contract, give you the keys and take the deposit. The sooner the better! Some knowledge of English would be helpful, but not necessary.
